1. Digital Products

All digital products, including apps, game downloads, and other digital content, are final sale.
We do not offer refunds for any digital purchases under any circumstances.

2. Physical Products

For physical products (board games), refunds are only issued if the item arrives damaged.

To request a refund or replacement for a damaged item, you must:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by customer

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Normal wear and tear

4. Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback for digital or physical products may result in evidence being submitted to the payment processor, including delivery confirmation and customer communications.
